  • Features for service businesses (25%)

    Scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, mobile app, customer text/email, payments — does it actually fit a field-service workflow?

  • Ease of use (15%)

    How fast can a non-technical owner onboard their team? We measure time-to-first-invoice.

  • Mobile app quality (15%)

    Field techs live on their phones. We rate the iOS and Android apps separately.

    Phone, chat, response time, and quality of help docs.

    We weigh G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, and direct interviews with paying customers.
