Our story
The idea started at a plumbing supply house in 2022. Our founder was helping his brother-in-law — a second-generation plumber — evaluate five different field-service apps. Every "best software" list they Googled was written by an SEO agency that had clearly never dispatched a truck, never argued with a customer about an invoice, and never sat on hold with a software support line at 6am before the crew rolled out.
So we built the site we wished existed: honest scorecards, clear pricing, and reviews written by people who've actually used these tools on the job. We launched in March 2023 with 12 reviews. We now cover 60+ products across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, cleaning, roofing and landscaping.

Vendors cannot buy a higher score, remove a critical review, or influence a comparison. Every commercial relationship is disclosed on the page it applies to.
Hands-on testing
Every top-rated product is tested on a paid or full-featured trial account. We publish screenshots, pricing math, and edge-case notes — not vendor marketing copy.
Real operator input
We interview 30-50 paying customers per quarter across trades. Their quotes appear (with permission) in our reviews and city guides.
